Formos S.r.l. was born in 2021 from an idea of Davide, a farmer focused on milk production, Zaira, Digital strategist and Matilde sales & marketing.

All production phases, from breeding and collecting milk, to the processing and ageing of our cheese, take place through a short supply chain which allows Formos to better manage the logistics of the freshest raw materials and to process its cheese in the shortest possible time to best preserve the organoleptic properties.

The cheesemaker mixes the milk in the copper boilers in the right proportions. Following the seasonality of the milk, small variations are necessary during production to guarantee an excellent result and a fine maturation.

In order to demand quality, you also need to deliver quality, therefore Formos is demanding on performing checks and protocols of the entire production chain and respects the work of each staff member and supplier as much as they strive for quality in the cheese.
