Leandro Bisetti, to whom a line of pepper mills, salt and coffee by I.M.A. srl is dedicated, was born in 1926 in Pettenasco, a small village on the shores of Lake Orta.

And it is precisely on Lake Orta, recognized as the most romantic lake in the world, that he founded Ima srl in 1949, specialized in the processing of salt, pepper and coffee millstones and iron, brass and steel details, a field in which the company has acquired over the years experience and awards of quality and reliability.

The family management, in which each member spends their energies and resources in favour of the growth of the company, has allowed I.M.A. srl to land on the household market, offering its products on a larger scale.

After the death of the founder in 1987, his daughter Carolina and son-in-law Giuseppe Falciola, a man of innate inventiveness and excellent technical skills, carry on the production, which in the early 90s also offers customized lines, according to customer requests, of pepper mills, salt and coffee.

Over the years, I.M.A. srl LEANDRO BISETTI in order to expand the range in the household sector, has specialized in the production of custom-made bathroom accessories and among its customers it has STELLA and GESSI.

The products of I.M.A. srl are 100% made in Italy, starting from millstones and metal components, produced entirely in the company thanks to a technology perfected over time, the result of the wisdom of experts in the sector.

Even the wood is 0 km, coming from the Strona Valley, worked and painted in the most diverse shapes by skilled craftsmen.

In a few years we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the founder Leandro and Ima srl is working to give more and more glory to his memory.
