As is often the case with traditional Sicilian desserts, the cannoli has undergone a series of changes and each pastry chef has given his contribution over time. Its simplicity makes it a versatile dessert full of surprises, and even if it has been the subject of different interpretations, it always refers to the most ancient tradition of the island.
Prepared in all kinds of versions: from the maxi format, to the large, to the medium, to the mignon and the cannolicchio; light and dark, with or without chocolate glaze. In addition to the cannolo, the company also offers a variety of other typical desserts such as marzipan fruit, soft nougat and various creams that can be combined with the cannoli shells in order to enhance their flavour.
